TENDER NOTICE.
Sealed tenders on item rates / percentage above or below Market Rates System, with amendments upto the date of receipt of tenders, are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below, from the Contractors! Firm enlisted with C&W Department and Executive District Officer. Works & Services Narowal, for the year 2013-2014, in the field of Buildings Works Teders documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned and also from D.C.O. Office Narowal, Office against written request accomparned with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter and fee receipt, PEG License, in absence of actual contractor, the identity Card of contractor / Managing partner of the firm alongwith registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Tender by post will not be accepted. Tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned upto 1.00 (PM) on the date of opening of tenders & will be opened immediately there after by the District Tender Board Narowal. in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. Issuance of tenders is 15-02-2014.  Tender opened is.18-02-2014. The last date of issuance of tenders is 15-02-2014 during office hours. Tenders will be opened by District Tender Board on 18-02-2014 at 1.00 (P.M) repeated at 1.00 (P.M) in the office of undersigned. Conditional tenders and tenders not accompained with earnest money in shape of deposit at call receipt from Schedule Bank and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will to be entertained (Tender Fee will be receipt in shape of C.D.R).  underisgned shall have the right of rejecting any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. In case of public holiday the sale & opening will be changed in next working day.

(AS PER 26-A OF GENERAL DIRECTIONS FOR THE GUIDANCE OF THE TENDER), the total tendered amount is less than 5% of the approved estiamted (DNIT) amount, the lowest bidder will have to deposit additional performance security from the Scheduled Bank ranging from 5% to 10%, within 15-days of issuance of notice or within expiry period of bid whichever IS earlier. Failing which the tender will be cancelled and the earnest money will be forfeited and no body can sub-let his work.
• If no tender received on due date i.e. 18-02-2014 the same will be issue on 20-02-2014, during office hours & • will be opened in the presence of District Tender Board on 22-02-2014 at 1.00 (PM)
AUCTION OF CANTEEN.  The open auction for the rights to run, upto 31-12-2014, the canteen having converecrarea of about 600-Sft and situated in the office premises of Works & Services Department of District Govt. Narowal / Shakargarh Road District Complex Narowal, will be conducted at 11.00 A.M.  on 19-01-2014, by the committee constituted, in the office of the undersigned. Per month Rate in Rupees is to be quoted by the bidders. The terms & condition can be seen from the Head Clerk, office of the District Officer, Buildings Division Narowal.
