1. The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Depart through Chief Engineer (NorthC&W Department Peshawar intends to engage the consulting Firm for providing Consultan Services for the following work to be executed under Provin ADP as detail below.

III. A firm/joint venture will be selected for the services under quality cum cost based Selection (QCBS) Method under the procedure/criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) Documents. IV. You are invited to submit a comprehensive Technical proposal in English (Original One copy) and a financial proposal (Original One copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of Reference (TOR's) latest by 24 january, 2014 till 12:00 Noon. V. RFP document/ TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least three days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs.5000/-.
