Thereafter. no clarifications shall be entertained. The Bids may be delivered in the under mentioned office on the schedule mentioned above and the same will be opened accordingly in presence of bidder's representative. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules 2004.
