PROCLAMATION REQUIRING THE APPEARANCE OF A PERSON ACCUSED UNDER SECTIONS 87 CR. PC READ WITH S.  19(1) OF THE ANTI TERRORISM ACT 1997 Whereas complaint has been made before me that (1) Imam Bus son of Ghulam Hussain, Rio Jouhar Complex, Karachi, (2) Hajan Chandio son of Ali Muhammad Chandio, R/o Jouhar Complex, Karachi, (3) Ghulam Rasool Bus Sodher son of not known, Rio. Sachal Goth, Karachi, (4) Sher Jan Khoso son of Soomer Khoso, Rio Jouhar Complex, Karachi, (5) Ramzan Khoso son of not known, (6) Ejaz Samtio son of Muhammad Mithal, Rio Jouhar Complex, Karachi, and (7) Wali Chandio son of not known, R/o Jouhar Complex, Karachi, have committed the offence of punishable under section 147/148/149/324/353/34-PPC, r/w 7 ATA 1997 of the Pakistan Penal Code, and it have been returned to a warrant of arrest thereupon issued that the above named accused cannot be found and whereas it have been shown to my satisfaction that the above named accused have absconded avoided the service of the said warrant. Proclamation is hereby made that the above named accused are required to appear within 7 days from publication of the proclamation in the Newspaper, at 800 a.m. before this Court to answer the above named accused on 29-1-2014. To, Whereas complaint has been made before me that (1) Imam Bux son of Ghulam Hussain, R/o Jouhar Complex, Karachi, (2) Hajan Chandio son of All Muhammad Chandio, R/o Jouhar Complex, Karachi, (3) Ghulam Rasool Bun Sodher son of not known, Rio. Sachal Goth, Karachi, (4) Sher Jan Khoso son of Soomer Khoso, R/o Jouhar Complex, Karachi, (5) Ramzan Khoso son of not known, (6) Ejaz Sarntio son of Muhammad Mithal, R/o Jouhar Complex, Karachi, and (7) Wali Chandio son of not known, R/o Jouhar Complex, Karachi have committed (or is suspected to have committed) the offence of punishable under section 147/148/149/324/353/34-PPC, r/w 7 ATA 1997 of the Pakistan Penal Code, and it have been returned to a warrant of arrest thereupon issued that the above named accused cannot be found; whereas it have been shown to my satisfaction that the above named accused have absconded (or is concealing himself to avoid the services of the said warrant), and thereupon a Proclamation have been or are being duly issued and published requiring daily newspapers the above named accused to appear to answer the said charge within 7 days, and whereas the said accused possessed of the following property other than land paying revenue to Government in the village (or Town) Scheme No. 33 in the District of viz; Karachi and order have been made for the attachment thereof. You are hereby required to attach the said property by seizure, and to hold the same under attachment pending the further order of this court, and to return this warrant with an endorsement certifying the manner of its execution.
