TENDER NOTICE TMA RENALA KHURD
Sealed percentage / item rates on market based schedule of rate system for the following works are hereby invited by the undersigned from the approved contractors/firms of the TMA renala khurd who have got there names enlisted/renewed and deposited the requisite enlistment/renewal fee 2013-2014. Tender will be received and opened up to 08-02-2014  at 10.am and will be opened same day at 11.am The tender will be opened in the presence of the contractor /firms or their representative who desire to be present at that lime. No telegraphic tender by post will be entertained . Tender form can be obtained from the PPRA and local govt web site Govt of the Punjab All the contractor /firms requested to bring with them the copies of National Identity / card in original receipt of deposit of enlistment renewal fee , power of the attorney and partnership deed at the time of opening of the tender, failure to comply of the above Instructions .The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 2%earnest money in shape of call deposit be attached with each tender form . 8%performance Security will be deposit of with in seven days by the approved lowest tender, notice will not be issued separately in this regard. Note. If tenders could not opened in any reason then will be opened on 15'02-2014  and other conditions will be same.
