TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders/ bids are invited from pump manufacturers registered and having valid license from HUD/PHED for the year 2012-2013 with proof of renewal for the year 2013-2014 and ISO certified. The detail of work is given below.

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of five (05) Nos. non Clogging Centrifugal disposal pumps with discharging capacity 2.5 cusecs each, coupled with 25 HP electric motors mounted on steel frame each, complete in all respect. 60 days 7,500/-
Conditions: i. Applications for issuance of the tenders are required to be submitted by the manufacturers of Company/Firmis letter head and the tender documents shall be issued only to the proprietors/ representatives duly authorized by the Company. ii. The pump manufacturers will provide the technical data sheet of the quoted machinery along with bid. iii. All the tenders must be accompanied with earnest money as bid security @2% of the bid in the shape of call deposit receipt/ bank draft/pay order issued from scheduled banks in favour of Secretary Wapda Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Lahore. iv. Tenders documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on payment within office hours from 20-01-2014 to 23-01-2014. v. Tenders will be received by 1000 hrs on 25-01-2014 and will be opened at 1100 his on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. vi. No conditional tender will be accepted. vii. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders/bids without assigning any reason. viii. For any query Senior Engineer (P&D) may be contacted during office hours.
