Tender documents with detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available at a cost of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in shape of cash / PO or DO from below mentioned address. Tender Documents with detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained during office hours from 10:00am to 04:00pm from Monday to Friday after the publication of advertisement. The bid should reach the Procurement Department by January 6, 2014 at 02:30 pm which will be opened on the same date at 03:00pm. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process at any lime as prescribed under PPRA Rules.
