Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan TEN CEll NOTICE
1. Sealed tenders /bids are invited for supply of various kinds of Pulses to Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited. The quantity of each commodity required to be purchased along with the quantity required to be delivered at each station along with detailed terms and conditions of bidding are contained in the Tender Documents, which can be purchased from USC Head Office, Islamabad, at the under noted address against the payment of tender fee of Rs. 1,500/- (Non-refundable).
2. The interested vendors/suppliers at stations other than Rawalpindi and Islamabad, can purchase Tender Documents by sending a Demand Draft/Pay Order on account of tender fee and the same will be sent to them through registered mail or courier.
3. The sealed bids/ offers duly accompanied with earnest money at the rate of 3% of the total value of the bid, must be submitted to the undersigned latest by 15th January 2014, before 1100 hours, which will be opened on same day at 1130 hours, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. Offers/Bid without earnest money shall not be entertained.
4. The stocks are required to be supplied packed in half and one kg packets in crystal poly bags. The sample of packing/poly bag can be obtained from USC. Utility Stores and company name of vendor alonwith Sale Price shall be printed on the bag. Bids of parties not willing to supply in poly bags shall not be opened.
