TENDER NOTICE FOR
PURCHASE OF 150 MEDALS FOR THE CONVOCATION 2013 UNIVERSITY OF KARACHI Sealed Tenders are invited on prescribed Tender Documents for the Supply of MEDALS from the Reputable Jewelers who are registered with the Sales Tax & Income Tax Authorities. Further detail of the Items. Quantity and Terms & Conditions are contained in the Tender Document, which is available from Purchase Department. University of Karachi from 30th December 2013 on Payment of Rs 1,000 Each (Non-Refundable) in shape of Pay Order in favour of University of Karachi. Tender Documents should be dropped in the Tender Box kept in the Office of Director Finance before 11:30 am on 14th January 2014 Tenders shall be opened in presence of the Tenderers, who may wish to be present Tenders not accompanied by the 2% Earnest Money will not be considered.

(Note: Complete details are mentioned in the Tender Documents) The Procuring Agency may Reject all Bids or Proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a Bid or Proposal under SPPRA Rules 2010. 2% Earnest Money should be deposited on the Total Cost of the Quoted Amount with the Tender Documents in shape of Pay Order in favour of University of Karachi. Tenders NOT accompanied by the 2% Earnest Money will NOT be considered. Copies of the Sales Tax Registration and NTN are to be attached with the Documents. The Quoted Prices should be Inclusive of all Taxes. The Successful Bidders. who refuse to supply materials after accepting Purchase Order. shall be liable to forfeit their Earnest Money as a Penalty. The Last Date of Issuance of Tender Documents is 13th January 2014 at 04:00 pm. The Last Date for Receipt of Tender Documents is 14th January 2014 at 11:30 am. The Tenders shall be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in presence of the Tend erers who may wish to be present. In case of any Holiday or Disturbance, the Tenders shall be opened on the Next Working Day as per schedule.
