Further detail of work with quantity, terms & conditions are contained in the tender form, which is available against the written request with valid PEG Registration Certificate from the date of publication in the newspapers on payment of Rs.500/- (Non refundable) in shape of pay order from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of "Director ICCBS" from the Civil Engineering Office of the Center, up to 6th January 2014 during office hours on any working day. 1. 2% earnest money of the total bid amount may be submitted latest by 02:30 pm in the shape of pay-order along with tender bid and company profile in favor of "Director ICCBS". No bid shall be considered without earnest money. 2. The bid documents with company profile, addressed to the Director ICCBS, may be submitted to the office of the Civil Engineer ICCBS. University of Karachi. The bids shall be opened on the same day at 03:00 pm in presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to present. In case of any holiday or disturbance the tender will be opened on the next working day as per schedule. 3. The Successful bidders who refuse to do work after accepting the work order, their earnest money shall be forfeited as a penalty 4, Competent Authority may reject all or any bid subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules. 5.
