Supply of Hygiene kit
Thardeep Rural Development Programme (TROP) is non-profit organization and working in district Tharparkar, Dadu Jamshoro & Umerkot for poverty alleviation and rural Development. TRDP is implementing ECHO & WHH funded Humanitarian assistance to disaster affected vulnerable populations in Pakistan (ECHO-VI) - PAK 1058-13 in district Umerkot. In this regard TRDP invites the sealed tenders for district Umerkot from financially strong registered and authorized suppliers/vendors/contractors for the construction of shelter material, latrines; shallow hand Pumps, Tool kits and hygiene kits. Details are as below:

Terms & Conditions J.Quotations must specify all details according to the tender Pack. The sealed bid must be submitted with a bid security of 3% (refundable) of total bid price in favor of "Thardeep Rural Development Programme. Without bid security tender will not be accepted.
The Tender pack can be collected from P&A Section-TRDP Head Office Mithi on payment of tender fees PKR 800 or by sending an e-mail to bhurji.trdp@gmail.com for which tender fees can be deposited on or before submission of tender. ies The bids will be opened on 1st January 2014 at 11:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time) at TRDP Head office Mithi in the presence of Welthungerhilfe (suppliers/ vendors/contractors or their representatives). Bidders will be notified about the results in due time. Successful suppliers/vendors/contractors are expected to conclude a contract with TRDP. The tender evaluation committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Interested suppliers/contractors/vendors that fulfill the criteria are as per tender pack requested to send sealed bids to the following address by 1st January 2014 at 10:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time).
