DISCOs & NTDC renewed for the year 2013-14 for the supply of following material at Regional Stores Multan, Sahiwal, D.G. Khan and B. Pur on FCS basis: TENDER NO. DATE & TIME OF OPENING 70 Single Phase Static Meters As per WAPDA Specification Amended to date 100000 26.12.2013 at 11:00 AM The tender forms can be obtained from the office of Manager (M.M) MEPCO Ltd. Multan upto one day before the opening date of tender on payment of Rs. 2000/- each (Non-refundable). There will be no sale of tender forms on tender opening date. The tender shall remain open for acceptan for 120 days from the tender opening date and must accompany Bid Guarantee of 2% of t uoted value valid for 150 days issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan on specified orma / Demand Draft along with the Sales tax registration certificate. Conditional tenders or enders without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. Bids received after closing time & date ,mlnot be considered and return un-opened. The tender will be received on 2,8112013 half an hour before closing time and will be opened on the same date and time as menkafied above. The undersigned reserve the rights to reject all bids or proposals at any time prioep the acceptance of a bid or proposal and shall upon request communicate to supplier or conctorwho submitted a bid or proposal the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals. E (D&S) Lahore. Bids will be opened in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. ii MEPCO reserves the right to increase! decrease the 15 'Y. quantities as per requirement. iv. No bidder shall be allowed to alter or modify his bid after the bids have been opened. v. Time period for performance of contract will be considered upto 120 days or earlier from issuance of P.O as per requirement of MEPCO. vi.
