INVITATION OF BIDS FOR THIRD PARTY VALIDATION FOR DISBURSEMENT OF OPERATIONAL SUBSIDY
Lahore Transport Company (LTC) is a guarantee limited company established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984. Being a regulatory body, LTC has a mandate to disburse operational subsidy for urban buses plying on High Occupancy Vehicles (HOV) routes. At present, LTC is disbursing operational subsidy on eight (8) routes which might increase to twenty (20) in a year. LTC seeks bids from national partners of Big 4 Chartered Accountant Firms to check compliance of operational subsidy calculation and disbursement process of the company for a period of one year from the date of engagement. The successful bidder will be required to obkn the source data, check compliance of operational subsidy computations made in the financial model baseftl the source data. The TORs for operational subsidy disbursement compliance can be downloaded from www.tqop.pk/download.htm. Interested parties are required to subm)iefr bids in a sealed envelope on a single stage single envelope basis, as per PPRA Rules 36 (a). The bid must be qutéd on monthly basis in Pak Rupees, inclusive of all applicable government taxes, along with following neces information: 1. Name, Contact Details t1Dr file of the Firm: and 2. A Certificate duly sigrkeAt; by the authorized signatory, that the Firm / Company is never blacklisted by any Government / AutorieRus Body. The proposals mustoolr g at the following address latest by December 23, 2013 till 1:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 3: pm in front of bidders' representatives who choose to attend the proceedings. Lahore Transport Company reserves the right to accept / reject any or all of the proposals without assigning any reason.
