TENDER NOTICE
The T.B Hospital Khairpur hereby invites sealed bids from various Manufacturers / Importers / Firms for the supply of items mentioned below. A complete set of tender enquiry may be purchased from the office of the undersigned, M&I Cell, Health Department, Block-24 Shahrah-e-Liaquat, Karachi and the Director General Health Services Sindh, Hyderabad on submission of written application upon cash payment of non-refundable fee mentioned in each tender enquiry. The bids must be delivered before the opening date up to 23.12.2013 at 12.00 Noon, which will be opened publicly in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on 23.12.2013 at 12.30 p.m. The Purchase Committee / Procurement Agency reserves the right to accept / reject any / all bids subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules 2010.
