Solidarites International invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the supply, service, and works of following items at Shikarpur Sindh Lot 1 Hand Washing Soap (6 bars pack). total quantity 3500 (6bars pack) Lot 2 Tool Kit for Hand Pump maintenance-total quantity 95 Lot 3 Material and construction of Hand Pump-total quantity 95 Lot 4 Material & construction of Latrines-total quantity 500 For detail refer to Tender pack Terms &Conditions:  1. Tender documents can be collected horn F10/4, Street 43, House # 91 A, Islamabad or Flat # B 1, first Floor, HMB Towers, Shikarpur, frorn 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Monday to Friday by paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 2000/- The tender pack can also be requested through email address; tenderftscstan.org Interested bidders who request the bid documents through email will be required to deposit the tender fee along with their bid. 2. Sealed tenders should each Flat#13-1, first Floor, HMB Towers, Shikarpur on or before Time 10:00 AM on 30' December 2013 and should be clearly marked 'TENDER Not to be opened before "10:30 am on 30 December 2013 3. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. 30th December 2013 at Time 10:30am in the presence of suppliers/contractors or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening. 4. A pay order/ demand draft in favor of "Solidarites International" with a value of 5% of the bid amount must also accompany the bid as Tender Guarantee 5. Pre selected bidders will be requested to submit samples of each Lot applied 2 days after notification of the pre-selection. 6. Only suppliers /contractors with valid NTN and GST, PEC registration are eligible to apply 7. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality, delivery time and previous Experience will also be considered.
