Applications on prescribed form are invited for admistion in the following Trainee Registrars (FCPS-II) to be held at Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore. TRAINEE REGISTRAR: ANAESTHESIA, E.N.T. GYNAE & OBST. GEN. MEDICINE, NEPHROLOGY, GASTROENTEROLOGY, CARDIOLOGY, PAEDIATRICS, HISTOPATHOLOGY, HAEMATOLOGY, RADIOLOGY, GENERAL SURGERY, ORTHOPAEDIC, OPHTHALMOLOGY, UROLOGY, PULMONOLOGY, NEUROLOGY, CARDIAC SURGERY, PAEDS SURGERY, NEUROSURGERY, PLASTIC SURGERY, RHEUMATOLOGY, DERMATOLOGY. A. ELEGIBILITY FOR TRAINEE REGISTRARS FOR MAJOR DEPARTMENTS i.e. Deptt. of Anaesthesia, ENT, Gynae & Obst. Gen. Medicine, Paediatrics, Histopathoiogy, Haematology, Radiology, Gen. Surgery, Ophthalmology. i) EBBS, with one year House Job in Medicine and Surgery/Respective Speciality ii) Should have cleared FCPS-I or equivalent qualification recognized by CPSP. B. ELEGIBILITY FOR TRAINEE REGISTRAR FOR SPECIALITY DEPTT. i.e. departments of Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Urology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Cardiac Surgery, Paeds Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. Completion of 2 years mandatory training in Gen. Medicine/Gen. Surgery as applicable. C. ELEGIBILITY FOR TRAINEE REGISTRAR OF RHEUMATOLOGY & IMMUNOLOGY. Should have qualified FCPS-II in Medicine or equivalent qualification recognized by CPSP. REQUIREMENTS: Three Photographs; attested photocopies of EBBS Degree, result of FCPS-I, any other qualification certificates, Valid PMDC Registration, Marks Certificates of All Professional Exam, Domicile Certificate, House Job Certificate, Experience Certificates. NIC, Documentary proof of any other statement made in the form should be attached with. GENERAL INFORMATION: 1. Selection of Candidates will ba made on merit. ACCOMMODATION IS NOT AVAILABLE _Application forrns are available from the Accounts Section of FPGMI, Lahore on payment of Rs.100/- either in person or through Roney order/bank draft worth Rs.130/- Postal Order or cherve will not be entertained in anLcaser.
