With The reference to the tender published in the newspaper Daily Express and The News dated 12th December 2013 for the Purchase of Machinery & Equipment's through ADP for the year 2013-14 may be read as under.
In case the Tender is not opened on schedule date to any force de majeure then the same shall be submitted and opened on the next working day on same time schedule.
