Sealed bids are invited for transfer of TRE Certificate of Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited ("Saudi Pak") against its membership in the Islamabad Stock Exchange. Interested parties, who fulfill the criteria laid down by the Stock Exchanges (Corporatisation, Demutualization and Integration) Regulations, 2012, may please submit their sealed bids to the undersigned within 20 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Saudi Pak reserves the right to reject any bid(s) without assigning any reason at all.
