INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF it KY PANELS PAD MOUNTED TRANSFORMERS FOR RAHIM YAR KHAN AND BHALWAL INDUSTRIAL ESTATES
Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Nlanagement Company (PIE) was established By Coot. of the Punjab with Public Private Partnership, to facilitate the industrial growth of Punjab. OPIEDMC invites bids for procurement of the following electrical material as per latest Wapda / IEC standard specifications from PEC registered companies /firrns.

()The bidders must: Have valid registration by PEC in C-5 and above category. oBe registered with the FBR for income tax & sales tax. Not be blacklisted by any government, semi government or autonornous organization (on legal paper). Have sufficient financial, technical and human resource to complete the project within the prescribed time limit of the finalization of the contract. Enclosed 2, of final bid price as bid security with financial proposal, which should be in form of CDR/DD from a scheduled bank. Submit the bid in accordance with the single stage-Two Envelop procedure of PPRA (Punjab) Rules 2009. Submit its bids to General Manager Technical PIEDMC up to 10th January 2014. 0The biding documents along with antecedent specification of the above mentioned material can be obtained from General Manager Technical PIEDMC during the office hour, on payment of Rs.4000/- in shape of Bank Draft/ Pay order in favor of PIEDMC, the bid evaluation criteria is included in the bidding documents. OThe qualified bidders will be informed after evaluation of technical proposals for the opening of financial proposals accordingly. ()Incomplete bids, defective bids and bids not confirming to the bidding documents shall be liable to rejection, the bids received after due time & date shall be summarily rejected. OPIEDMC reserve unconditional rights to cancel the process at any stage and reject all bids without assigning reason thereof and without being liable for any claim /compensation of any nature whatsoever.
