"HIRING OF SECURITY GUARDS FOR PEF HEAD OFFICE, SUB OFFICE AND REGIONAL OFFICES"
The Punjab Education Foundation (PEE) is an autonomous organization, established under the auspices of the Government of the Punjab and committed to the promotion of quality education through Public Private Partnership in under privileged areas of Punjab. Sealed Technical & Financial proposals in accordance with Rule 36(B), PPRA-Rules-2009, "Single Stage- Two Envelope Bidding Procedure" are invited to hire the services of Security Guards in its Head Office and Regional Offices in Multan and Rawalpindi for one year can be renewed on satisfactory performance upto 03 years. Companies/Organizations having backup of ex serviceman guards with at least 07 years experience in provision of security services in reputable organizations are invited to send the following details to below mentioned address within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. The complete details are available in Tender Document which can be purchased from the office of Director (HRM), PEF Secretariat Building, 78-B1, M.M Alam Road, Near KFC, Gulberg III, Lahore on a formal request and cash payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) from Administration Department, PEF at the same office building interested firms are required to submit their proposals as per prescribed Tender Document.
Terms & Conditions for Submission of Proposals:
1 The proposals must reach to Director (HRM) PEF Secretariat building, 78-81, M.M. Alam Road, Near KFC, Gulberg Ill, Lahore on or before 16th January, 2014 (till 10:00 am). 2. Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted in separate envelopes. The word "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" being clearly written on the top left corner of the respective envelopes. 3. Technical Proposals will be opened by a committee on the same day at 11:00 am in the Board Room of PEF, in presence of Tenderers or their authorized representatives who wish to witness the tender opening. After the Technical evaluation, Financial Proposals of only technically qualified companies shall be opened on a date/ time to be announced subsequently. 4. The tender security equal to 3% (Three Percent) of the tender price must be attached with the Financial Proposal in the form of Pay Order/ CDR/ Demand Draft in favour of Punjab Education Foundation 5. The Financial Proposal shall be inclusive of all taxes. 6. Complete company profile, list of key personnel along-with their complete CVs. 7. List clients during last three years and number of guards deployed there. 8. List of current clients in Government/Public/Private Sector along-with contact person names, addresses, and telephone numbers. 9. Company must have valid license (from Home Department) arms and produce an affidavit to this effect. 10 Affidavit that the company have never been blacklisted by any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous body or private company. 11 The companies must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department (Copy of NTN Certificate & Sales Tax Certificate should be provided). 12. Incomplete proposals shall not be considered. 13 The companies must produce financial statement/revenue statement and bank statement of last 3 years. 14 The bid validity period shall be 90 days. 15 The firm shall deliver the services at Head Office, Sub Office building, and Regional Offices of Punjab Education Foundation within three days after signing the contract. 16 Punjab Education Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, submitted in response to this tender notice prior to acceptance. 17 This Tender Notice has also been posted on both PEF website <www.pef.edu.pk> and PPRAwebsite http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk
