Pakistan Television Corporation Limited invites applications from reputable firms interested in providing, designing /consultancy services Ion the construction of 2nd floor at PTV Home, H-9, Islamabad. The applications addressed to the Controller Audit Chairman Senior Tender Committee PTVC, Federal Television Complex, Sector F-5/1 , Constitu-tion Avenue, Islamabad should reach his office latest by 05 January, 2014 along with the following informations / documents. 1. Memorandum and Artides of Association / partnership Deed. 2. Detail of projects designed /supervised in the past including the value of eath project 3. List of Similar projects relating to TV Centres, Rebroadcast Stations, Radio or TV News Bureaus etc. 4. Detail of projects in hand with contracted costs. 5. List of Technical staff employed on payroll, giving qualifications & CV's. 6. Bank certificate, showing financial status of the firm /company. 7. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as consulting firm /company 8. Latest income tax certificate issued by Income Tax Department. 9. Particulars of arbitration/litigation with clients if any. If none, an affidavit to that effect to be submitted. 10. Any other relevant informations, which the firm considers necessary. PTV shall evaluate the applicant's qualifications for Technical capability & expellernce and form a Prequalified Panel/Short list from whom financial / consultancy fee charges shall be obtained subsequently. PTV reserves the rights to accept loon reject any or all applications. The reasons of rejection if any will be conveyed to the applicants.
