TENDER NOTICE
Provincial Assembly -of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking to hire the services of a reputed firm registered with Pakistan Engineering Council to sign maintenance and. repair contract for HVAC 460 tones system, installed in the Assembly Secretariat. The tender should be submitted in the office of the undersigned on or before 13/01/2014 at 10:00 a.m accordingly. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The potential firms should mention their relevaht experience of HVAC system previously one in their firms' profiles to evaluate the capacity of the firm for signing of the 'contract for HI/AC system. 2. Registered firms with Pakistan Engineering Council under category 0-4 or above will be given priority. 3. Call deposit equal to 2% of the tad amount in the frame of Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhttinkhwa is mandatory from any branch of Bank of Khyber for onward submission along with the tender documents. 4. The potential firms can inspect the HVAC system during office hours on any working day. 5. The competent authority has the tight to accept Or reject any tender. without assigning any reason. 6. The income tax, sales tax and stamp duty will be deducted from the successful bidder according to the prevalent law. 7. The photocopy of income tax, sales tax and professional tax registration certificates should be attached with the tender documents. otherwise the tender will not be accepted, 8. The tender-should be submitted in two separate envelopes clearly marked with technical bid and the financial bid. The technical bid / plan will be opened on the same day in the presence of firms' representatives. The successful bidders will be invited by the Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for further financial bid. and date & time for the same would also be communicated. O. The unsuccessful firms of the first it Will never be invited in the second round of bidding. 10. The tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of the firms on 13/01/2014 at 11:00 am in the office of the Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Khyber Paklitunkhwa.
