PROVISION OF SERVICING, WASHING, VULCANIZING FACILITIES FOR NOTIFIED PQA VEHICLES AT PQA SERVICE STATION
Applications are invited from companies, firms and contractors having sufficient experience to provide the above works at Port Qasim.
The interested parties may collect tender documents on payment of Rs.500/- only (non refundable) in the shape of pay order/bank draft within 15 days of publication of this advertisement from the office of Director (Security & Transport) Port Qasim Authority. Bin Qasim Karachi 75020, P.O Box No. 1903. Tender Documents duly completed with the proof of experience in the relevant field are to be submitted in two separate envelops (i.e Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal. A pay order of Rs.100,000/- as earnest money also to be furnished with proposals separately by 1200 hrs on 16-01-2014. The Technical Proposals will be opened on the same date at 12:30 his in presence of bidders or their authorized agents who may wish to attend. The documents received after due date/time will not be entertained.
The Financial Proposals of the technically qualified Contactors, Firms, Company's shall be opened in the presence of their representative. However, the technically not qualified company's financial proposals shall not be opened and returned unopened. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004, and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. Authority's decision in this respect shall be final and binding on all bidders_
