NOTICE INVITING TENDER
1 Tenders are invited from the reputed Contractors / Firms registered with PEG having sufficient experience in the related field against work mentioned hereunder.

2. Interested firms/compantes may apply for issuance of tender documents from the office of Director (CM) Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim Karachi-75020 (PAKISTAN). PABX: 021-99272111- 20, Ext: 4252, 41133, 32558811 Fax: 34730108, on any working day during office hours by furnishing the application along with copies of following documents and pay order in favour of Port Qasim Authority up to 26th December 2011 Mandatory Requirements: a) Registration with PEC in the category C-6 and above valid upto December 2013. b) Field of Specialization CE-09 & CE-10. c) Establishment of firms shall be at least five years old_ d) The firms / contractors should have done 2 contracts of equivalent value in last five years. e) National Tax Number Certificate. f) Audited Accounts for last three years. 3. Tender documents shall only be issued to the firms qualifying the above mentioned criteria on 2nd & 3rd January 2014. Complete tender is to be submitted in the Office of Director (C.IV1) by the last date mentioned above up to 1130 hours. The tender will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. in the office of Director (CM.) in presence of the representative of the bidders, who may wish to attend. In case of Public Holiday, tender will be opened on next working day. PPRA Rules will be observed in the tender. 4. Port Qasim Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications / tenders as per PPRA-2004 and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. Authority's decision in this regard will be final.
