NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR CLEANING AND JANITORIAL SERVICES CONTRACT OF PQA AREAS / OFFICES, PQA HOUSING COMPLEX AND LIAISON OFFICE

1. Port Qasim Authority invites applications from financially sound contractors/firms, having sufficient experience and have suitably qualified personnel for the same. 2. Interested Contractors/Firms may obtain the tender documents/application forms containing Evaluation Criteria from the office of Director (Industrial Relation & Welfare) on payment of Rs. 1,0001- (Rupees One Thousand only) non-refundable, in shape of pay order in favour of Port Qasim Authority on any working day during office hours upto 17th January, 2014. 3. The tender documents / application forms duly filled-in alongwith attachments in a sealed envelope shall be submitted in the office of Director (Industrial Relation & Welfare), Port Qasim Authority. Bin Qasim. Karachi. Phone No. 98272157 and PABX No. 99272111 (Ext. 4654 & 4448) in two envelops (i.e. Technical proposal along with 2% earnest money of the bid price (per annum) and Financial proposal) by 1100 hours on 20th January, 2014. The Technical proposals will be opened on the same data at 1130 hours in presence of the representatives of the firms who may wish to be present. The documents received after due date and time will not be entertained. 4. The financial proposal of the technically qualified contractors/ firms shall be opened in the presence of their authorized agents. However, the technically non-qualified company's financial proposal shall not be opened and returned unopened. 5. Port Qasim Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004 and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. Authority's decision in this respect shall be final and binding on all firms.
