TENDER FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES
In accordance with Public Procurement Rules-2010, the Police Department, Government of Sindh, invites tenders from professional Janitorial Services Companies registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for providing first class Janitorial Services for Central Police Office, 1.1. Chundrigar Road Karachi
INSTRUCTIONS:  1. Interested firms / companies may obtain the tender document for above job / work from the office of the AIGP (Logistics), 2nd Floor, Central Police Office, 1.1. Chundrigar Road, Karachi by submitting an application on their letterhead along with tender fee of Rs 1000/- with effect from 06-12-2013 to 31-12-2013. 2. Sealed tenders on prescribed proforma in duplicate along with 2% Earnest Money of the total bid in form of Pay Order (Payee's A/c in favour of IGP Sindh) should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office of A1GP (Logistics), 2nd Floor, Central Police Office, 1.1. Chundrigar Road, Karachi on 01-01-2014 at 1400 hours. 3. The tenders shall be opened on 01.01.2014 at 1430 hours in presence of Purchase Committee in presence of representatives of bidders who choose to be present on the occasion, in the Committee Room of Central Police Office, Sindh, Ground Floor, 1.1. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. 4. Only firms / companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments are eligible to participate in the tenders (documentary proof required). 5. Only bids offered on the prescribed tender form issued by the Police Department shall be accepted. However, additional sheets may be attached, if required. 6. Conditional tenders / applications will not be entertained. 7. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with Public Procurement Rules-2010.
