INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
Bids are invited from reputed international suppliers for supply of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) & Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (LSFO) for the quantities and period mentioned below on C&F basis.

The procedure for submission of bids is as under i. The Bid Documents shall be issued during working days (Monday-Friday) within working hours up to 02-01-2014. Bid Documents consist of the following: Bid Document No. 1 Summary of Requirement Bid Document No. 2 General Terms & Conditions
ii. Bid Documents will be issued against a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000/- separately for each Product in the form of a pay order in favour of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited payable at Karachi. iii. Sealed bids must be dropped in the Tender box kept at Ground Floor: PSO House, Khayaban-e-lqbal, Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan latest by 02:30 pm on 03-01-2014. The Bids will be opened at 03:00 pm at the Ground Floor, PSO-House. same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives only, whoever may like to be present. iv. Bids should be submitted in separate envelopes marked. 'Bids for Supply of High Sulphur Fuel Oil' and 'Bids for Supply of Low Sulphur Fuel Oil' each accompanied by a bid bond in the value of United States Dollars One Hundred Thousand (USD 100,000). v. Bids should remain valid till 11-01-2014 (2100 hours PST). vi. For any queries/clarification please contact Manager Supply-Imports or DGM (Imports) on the address given above. vii. Bids should conform to the requirements of the Bid Documents. Conditional Bids will not be accepted.
