The material can be inspected by 07 January, 2014 only between 0800 — 1200 hrs. (Monday — Saturday). Offers are to be accompanied with 25% (twenty five percent) of total bid value as Earnest Money in the form of Draft / Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Petroleum Limited. Bids submitted without earnest money will not be entertained and shall be rejected. Tender documents for all above tenders can be obtained from our Karachi and Islamabad offices on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 0900 to 1200 hours on payment of Rs. 500/- each tender (non-refundable) in cash or through Pay Order / Bank Draft (drawn in favour of "Pakistan Petroleum Limited"). Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and shall forfeit the earnest money of the successful bidder(s) who fail to honor their / his submitted offer! bid.
