Valid NTN Certificate from Income Tax Authorities. Should be in construction business for the last 5 years or more. Should not be Blacklisted or engaged in any Litigation on any project. Should have completed two contracts of similar nature and of the value of Pak Rs.30 million each for Sr. and Pak Rs, 20 million each for Sr. No. 2 above in the last 5 years. Annual Construction Turnover for the last three years of Pak Rs, 7.5 million for Sr. No. 1 and Pak Rs, 5 for Sr. No. 2 above. of Procurement: Single Stage - Single Envelope Documents: Issuance: Documents will be issued from the date of publication of this advertisement on payment of tender fee (Non-refundable). (iii) List of technical and administrative staff on their permanent strength with CV mentioning qualification, general and relevant experience, mentioning staff proposed for the Project. (iv) Financial Statement (summary) and income tax return for the last three years. (v) Affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted.
