1. National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDCM, a corporate entity constiNted after restructuring of WAPDA intends to procure material for three 132 KVD/C Transmission Lines on Greeley Conductorfor powerevacuation from Jhimpir &Gharo clusters through open tender financed under NTDCL's own resources. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders. 2. The Purchaser invites sealed bids, under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure, from eligible firms or persons as defined under clause 16-3 of Instructions to Bidders. The bidding is open to Intemational Competition as per policy of the govemment. The National Transmission and Dispatch Company now invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of material for three 132 KVD/C Transmission Lines in eight (09) lots given below The bidder may quote form number of lots.

, The successful bidder will have to supply the goods/material within a maximum period of 90 days for material offered on FOB basis and 120 days for material offered on CIF and C&F KarachilEx-Works in Pakistan basis and 150 days for material offered on FCS basis, counted from the date of Notification of Award. 4. Eligible Bidders may obtain fudherinformation , inspect and acquire the Bidding documentstrom the Office of the Purchaser, as below: Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDCL 622-WAPDA House, Lahore. Telephone No.92-42-99202597, Fax No.92-42.99202173. 5. Acomplete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application to the above office and upon paymentof a non-refundable fee of Rs.8,000/-from04-12.2013. 6. The Supplier/Manufacturer must have at least 5 years experience of manufacturing/supply of identical goodslmaterial with same or higher rating and capacity and 3 years satisfactory operational experience of such Goods/Material. The bidders, who are not manufacturers themselves, shall tumish an authorization from the concerned manufacturer to submits bid for supply of their goods to Pakistan against this tender. Moreover, 100% quantity of Eguipment/Goods covered in the respective lot should have been manufactured and supplied in any one year (continuous period 0112 months) during the pastthree years by the manufachwerof that Equipment/Goods as on the date of opening of Bid. Non submission of evidences may render the bid nonresponsive. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securihrof not less than (27.(of total bid price in the format of bank guarantee on bid security fon provided or inttotormofdopositatca lorfromatoroonbankdulycounforguanontoodbyaootroduled bank in Pakistan. 8. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before January 14, 2014 at 11 :00 A.M. Bid will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day, in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at too same address. 9. The bidders are requested to give their best and final price as no negotiations are expected. 10.The bidder must guoteforone ormore complete lots. Bid covering only a partof the lot Abe rejected.
