SHORT TENDER NOTICE
FOR HIRING OF COASTER
National Highway Authority. Islamabad is desirous to hire Seater Coaster in good road worthy condition for pick & drop facility to the employees of Ministry of Communications with in Islamabad. Detail of Route is as follows:- "Routes Starts from Gol Chowk G-11 and End Point is Pak Secretariat via F10 Markaz, G-9 Markaz (Karachi Company), Peshawar More, T&T Colony 0-8, G-7 lVlarkaz (Sitara Market lqbal Hall), Melody. Aabpara & Back". 2. Well reputed transporters / interested parties may submit their bids giving all options with terms & conditions on or before 30-12-2013 positively, addressed to Director (Establishment), National Highway Authority by 1100 hours which will be opened on the same date at 1130 Hours. 3. Agreement will commence from the date of approval of competent authority with initial period of one year and will be extendable further Bus offered must be in good working condition, competent authority may wish for provision of coaster for physical inspection before approval. 4. Pay Order! Demand Draft equal to 10% of bid amount (Refundable) must be accompanied with the bids / quotations. The rates quoted shall remain valid for atleast six months. Payment of bill will be made after deduction of income tax as per government rules. 5. An affidavit that the firm is not previously blacklisted by any government or semi-government Organization is required to be submitted. Any false information submitted shall make the firm liable for depriving from instant & future contracts in NHA. 6. National Highway Authority reserves the right to reject any or all the bids assigning the reasons thereof.
