NOTICE FOR AUCTION
General public is informed that different types of dried/fallen/green trees at Military Estate Section Cantonment Board Kharian Cantt will be auctioned on "As is where is basis" on 13th January, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the office of Cantonment Board Kharian Cantt. Interested persons should avail this golden chance. In case of no bid or rejection of bid, due to any reason, on the due date it will again be held on 15th January, 2014. And if even no bid on this date then it will thrice be held on 17th January, 2014.

TERMS OF AUCTION: 1. An amount of Rs. 20,000/- as Token and copy of the Identity Card will be received from each bidder. Except the successful bidder the amount will be returned to all other participating individuals on the spot. 2. The successful bidder will have to deposit 114th of the total amount at the fall of the hammer. 3. Successful bidder cannot sell out wood before removing it from the site. 4. Contractor will himself be deemed of any loss during the process of cutting wood. 5. 10% Advance Income Tax will have to be deposited by the successful bidder as Income Tax after the approval of the bid. 6. Undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the bid without assigning any reasons. 7. Further information regarding the auction may be had from this office during office hours. Trees can be seen one day before the date of auction. Trees will not be shown on the day of auction.
