The terms and conditions are given as under The tender documents can be had for S. No. 1 to 3 from the Office of Executive Engineer (Maintenance), for S. No. 4 from the office of Controller Examination, for S. No. 5 to 6 from the office of Executive Engineer (Works) on the payment noted above (non-refundable) on any working day except the day of opening of tenders. The sealed tender on prescribed proforma along with 2% earnest money of total bid in the form of Pay Order in favour of Executive Engineer (Maintenance) for S. No. 1 to 3, Director Finance for S. No. 4 and Executive Engineer (Works) for S. No. 5 to 6, should be deposited in the office from whom the tender was purchased by 31-12-2013 up to 12:00 noon and same will be opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m. in respective office, in presence of the Contractors/representative, whosoever will be present at that time. In case of any unforeseen situation resulting in closure of office on the date of opening or if Government declares Holiday the tender shall be submitted/opened on the next working day at the same time & venue. Any tender Conditional or un-accompanied of the earnest money will not be considered in the competition.
