An extremely well established LPG Marketing Company with its distribution network throughout the Country is seeking applications for the position of Plant/Technical Manager to develop and expand its business. Reporting directly to the Company's Head Office, the incumbent must have hands on Technical/ Supervisory experience preferably in the LPG Petroleum Products or Industrial Gas Industry. Job Requirement: The Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and report writing skills alongwith good administrative and Man Management capabilities. The position shall require monitoring/ supervising the complete operation of the Plant besides heading general plant Administration, Plant Safety, Liaison and Public Relations. Qualification:  Diploma/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical). Experience:  Applicants must possess at least 8-10 years experience in LPG plant operations /maintenance experience of which minimum 5-7 years should have held a position as team leader/ Assistant Manager with some supervisory experience controlling a team of plant operations /maintenance personnel.  Comprehensive knowledge of pressure vessels, piping design, installation/ maintenance experience. Exhibit strong leadership skills along with technical and superior analytical skills.  Familiar with OGRA and Safety regulations with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  Manage project priorities and resource assignments to ensure adequate resources are available for successful projects.
