Applications are invited for pre-qualification a contractors/firms who are listed with government for the year 2013-14 having excellent reputation in the fabrication work to undertake the project having cost of approx 8.35 million. DETAIL OF WORK. Procurement of chassis and fabrication work of dum,/compactor and.waste bins with approximate cost of 15.15 million.Applications along with requirements given below be submitted to Municipal Committee Mingora by 20 December 2013. 1 Name of Company Ltd. / firm, partnership deed (if any) articles of association in case of company /Limited firm,complete address and telephone number of person with power of attorney in favour of person authorized by firm/company. Attested copies of renewal documents for the year 2013-14 in concerned category and registration with PEC in concerned category. 3. Year of establishment of firm / company with proof. Number of similar nature of work ,cost of each work, scope of work with verification from concerned department. Number of similar projects completed during last 4 years and number of any projects of same nature currently in hand along with their magnitude, period,A6Ort about quality and pace of work from concemed department. Proof of financial standing duly supported by documentary proof/bank certificate ( verified Balance Sheet be attached) . Particulars of workshop / factory equipments for fabtlation work available with firm/company with verified ownership docurnenu. Proof of registration with Income Tax department and tax retum documents for the last 3 years. Perrnanent business rnanagement, financial arrangment and technical staff.
