Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa C&W Department Peshawar intends to engage the consulting Firm for providing consultancy services for the following work to be executed under provincial ADP(2013-14)

II. A Firm/ joint venture will be selected for the service under quality cum cost based selection (QCBS) method under the procedure/criteria described in the request for proposal (RFP) documents III. You are invited to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (Original 1 Copy) and financial Proposal (Original 1 Copy) for the services required the Terms of Reference (TOR'S) latest by 6/1/2014 till 12:00 Noon. IV. RFP document/TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least seven days before closing date on cash payment of Rs.5000/- (Non-refundable).
