Tender is also available at PPRA Website: www.ppra.org.pk The suppliers / firms are informed that Single-Stage — Two-Envelope bids are required: (i) Technical Bid (ii) Commercial Bid. The set of bidding documents can be obtained from Central Purchase Department soon after uploading on PPRA website and publication of this advertisement in Press during working days on payment of tender fee. Tenders will be received upto 10.00 a.m. on due date and will be opened at 11.00 am on the same day in presence of the bidders' representatives who may wish to be present. Commercial Offers of technically qualified bidders will be opened at later stage. Note:-  The Original Proforma Invoice of the Foreign Supplier must also be attached along with relevant Pamphlets / Literatures. Quotation without Proforma Invoice of Principal will be rejected.
