Crime No. 230/2013, U/Ss 341, 337 H2, 148, 149 PPC & 7 ATA Police Station: Qazi Ahmed, District: Shaheed Benazirabad WHEREAS, the accused namely 1. Mohammad Shareef 5/0 Soomar, 2. Nazeer Sio Shahmeer, 3. Shaman Ali S/o Yacioob, 4. Piyaro S/o Khamiso, 5. Nazeer Shp Bachal, 6. Mohammad Yaqoob Sio Mohammad Raheem, 7. Suleman S/o Urs, 8. Wazeer S/o Sachal, 9. Juman S/o Qasim, and 10. Ghulam Hussain S/o Urs, all by caste Khosa and all Rio Village Shahmeer Khoso, Taluka Qazi Ahmed, District Shaheed Benazirabad, are shown as absconders in the above cited case. AND WHEREAS, non-bailable warrant has been issued by this Court for the arrest of abovenamed accused, which returned unexecuted, with report of police that the accused have absconded and they are not traceable. NOWTHEREFORE, Proclamation U/S 87 Cr. P.C. read with Section 19(10) of Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 is issued with the direction to the abovenamed accused persons to appear before this court at Old Sessions Court Building, Shaheed Benazirabad, within seven days after publication of this notice, failing which the case will be proceeded in their absence.
