PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION FIRMS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ADMIN BLOCK OF PARLIAMENT HOUSE, ISLAMABAD
Application for pre-qualification are invited from the experienced and well-reputed Civil Contractors enlisted in appropriate category and similar discipline with Pakistan Engineering Council for the work Construction of Admin Block of Par Tient House, Islamabad amounting to Rs.1664 million (approximately). The interested construction firms may collect the pre-qualification documents (comprising of instructions for preparation nondiscrimination of the pre-qualification documents, list of documentary evidence required by a contract \V: demonstrate their respective qualification, evaluation criteria and other relevant information re ed etc.) from the office of Deputy Director(Works-II), Room No.22. Old Naval Headquarter Buil. t in Civic Centre, Market 0-6, Islamabad after 05.12.2013 on any working day on cash payment of Rs ,10/- (Rupees three thousand only) non Profitable 3. The CDA reserves the rigtjL or acceptance or rejection of pre-qualification any or all firms /contractors due to
their reputation or wht4 ever fails to fulfill the pre-qualification criteria at its sole discretion. The CDA may disqualify the consAftWon firms if it is found, at any stage that the information submitted by the firms were false, incorrect complete. CDA can also take penal action against the firms/ contractors for future works. 4. The pre-qualification documents along with requisite information should reach the office of Deputy Director (Works II) Room No 22 Old Naval Headquarter Building in Civic Centre, Markaz G-6, Islamabad on or before 23.12.2013, during office hour. The envelopes should be clearly marked with 'Pre-qualification offirms for Construction ofAdmin Block aParliament House, Islamabad".
