TENDER NOTICE
Headquarter NADRA intends to hire the Services Maintenance Contract of Storage EMC NS-120 from authorized dealers /sole distributors for a period of One Year. a. Maintenance Contract of Storage EMC NS-120 Qty 01 Nos TERMS & CONDITIONS:- The firm should be registered with Sales / Income Tax Department. 2. Government taxes will be deducted at the time of payments as per Government prescribed rates. 3. Firm should be authorized dealer / distributor and shall have to provide latest dealership certificate from the manufacuturer along with tender documents. 4. Tender will be deposited by 11:00 hours on 23rd December, 2013 in two Separate sealed envelopes marked as technical and financial proposal. Technical proposal will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of available vendors. 5. Specification and detailed terms & conditions can be collected from the office of procurement department at a cost of Rs. 2000/- in cash (non-refundable) between 0900 to 1600 hours except Satfr;days, Sundays & Holidays. 6. For Maintenance Sup ort vendors will provide the location of the officesct support team (address, telephone & fax numbers) ;10-with the list of trained manpower, certified Enginee he proposal. NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per rule 33 of PPRA 2004 8. Earnest money @ 2% of quoted amount will be Deposited in the form of DD, Pay Order or a Bank Gaurantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan or an insurance company having at least AA rating from PACRA/JCR in favour of HQ NADRA Islamabad. 9, Following details be provided:- a. Details of qualified engineers held by the firm. b. Details of similar contracts / jobs being performed by the firm
