Terms & Conditions: 1. Tenders alongwith miscellaneous list, rules & regulations can be had after pay-ment of prescribed tender fees from the Account Office of Govt. Kot Khawaja Steed, Teaching Hospital, Lahore. 24 For purchasing tenders all rules & regulations must be followed. Income tax and other prevalent taxes will be according to Govt. rules: Furthermore, re6s-Emden from Income tax/ Sales tax department is necessary. 3. Attached tender purchasing receipt/ with the tender. Moreover, an affidavit to be fit that neither tenders nor their any representative is black listed and any rel-evant matter has not been kept secret, must be attached with the tender. 4. Tenders will be conducted as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2009, Section b (36) (Single. Stage Two Envelope Procedure). 5. Hand written tenders will not be acceptable. Moreover, tender can be pur-chased on an application on the letter pad of the company. Tender documents can also be. had from websites of Health Department & PPRA. 6. Earnest Money in the shape of Call Deposit will be submitted in the name of undersigned 7.
