Disposable / Surgical Dressing / X-Ray / Surgical Sutures and Drug Testing Laboratory Items in Government Medical Store Depot, Balochistan, Quetta for the financial year 2013-14 for Tertiary Hospitals, Mohtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Sheikh Zaid Hospital, and M/S's of DHQ Hospitals and DHO's (Health) of Balochistan Province. Note:-1. The tender documents / terms & conditions and list of items can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours against payment of Rs. 30001- (Three thousand only) per tender as Tender Fee (Non-refundable) through Challan in State Bank of Pakistan under Head:-0O28-Social Services. CO2841-Health & Other Receipts. CO2845-Health Receipts (MSD-6) 2.
