SHORT TENDER. NOTICE
Sealed item based on items rate circulated by the Finance Department for District Gujrat for the works detailed below are hereby invited from the approved contractors who have got their names enlisted/ renewed for the current financial' year and deposited -their enlistment/ renewal fee with the Department. I. Tender documents can be obtained from the -office of the undersigned against written requested accompanied with attested copy of enlist-ment/ upto date renewal letter and fee receipt, P.E.C. license for the year 2013,,authority letter on pad form.of contractor/ firm, identity card of contractor/ managing partner of the firm, registered partnership deed with power of attorney, deposit at call of any scheduled bank and on payment of prescribed tender fee. 2. Tendered rates and amount should be- filled in figures as well as in works and tenders should be signed as per general direction in the ten-der documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. 3. No telephonic tender or by post will be entertained. 4. No conditional tender or tender without earnest money @ 2% of esti-mated cost in shape of deposit at call of any scheduled bank and attest-ed copies of registered partnership and power of attorney in case of firm will be entertained. 5. The detailed particular of work can be seen in the office of undersigned on any working day during office hours. 6. The undersigned reserve the right to rejectany or all the tenders with-out assigning any mason thereof. 7. Tenders will be received in the office of Executive District Officer, Works and Services, Gujrat will be opened simultaneously on fixed dated and time by the District Tender Board in the presence of intend-ing contractors or their representatives. 8. Any public representative, press may attend the tender .opening proceedings.
