A firm / Joint venture will be selected for the Services under Quality-curm-Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Mehtod under the procedure / criteria described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. 4. You are invited to submit a comprehensive Tehnical Proposal in English (Original One Copy) and a Financial Proposal (Original one copy) in separate selected envelopes, for the services required under the Terns of Reference (TOR's) lates by 09/01/2014 till 12:00 Noon. 5. RFP documents I TORs are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day during office hours at least (07) Seven days before the closing date on cash payment of Rs.5000/- (Non refundable).
