TERMS & CONDITION OF THE TENDERS  1. The terms & condition of the contract & the blank tenders can be seen in office of the under-signed on payrnent of tender fee (non-Refundable). 2. Conditional tender will not be accepted. 3. The blank tender/documents will be available for the interested person/contractors from the First date of publication till the date of closing. 4. 2% of the offered bid amount in the shape of call depositor the scheduled bank located in the Pakistan in favor of undersigned will be received on the receipt of tender. 5. In case of the undersigned is out of Head quarter, the tenders shall be opened on the next date. 6. The competent authority reserved the rights to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof as per Provision of SPPRA rules. 7. The details of edibility for participation in the tenders are as under: piiCertificate issued by at least two Divisions showing the performance satisfactory in the field. ii) To attach registration certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council with the application. i) The bio-data of Engineering & Technical staff who will work to-gather with firm. (iv) Issued Certificate from the undersigned (documentary evidence of the completed works sat-isfactory working. (v) List of every work completed & copy of work order. (01) List of available machinery & equipments and ownership certificate which shows the rate of bank along-with Bank statement. 8. Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN Certificate) and copy of National Identity Card. 9. Such affidavit which shown that firm is not involved in any case. 10. Such affidavit which shows that firms)contractor has not been black listed from any Agency. 11. Such affidavit which shows that documents/details/information submitted is correct & true. 12. Such affidavit for power of attorney of its director/proprietor or other relevant power of attor-ney in shape of civil proprietor will be given in case of firm partner/partnership deed. 13.
