CORRIGENDUM
With approval of Provincial Government Sindh sealed bids are hereby invited up to 30th June 2014 at the limit of 100% of the allocated budget from various primary manufacturers or their authorized representatives for purchase of Drugs & Medicines / Surgical & Disposable Items / X-Ray Film & Chemicals / Others (Petty Articles) / Uniform & Protective Clothing and Unani Medicines for District Health Office Khairpur. The bids can be submitted by the authorized agent for and on behalf of the primary manufacturer provided the bids are accompanied by authorization letter. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned on any working day during working hours. A complete set of the tender inquiry may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on submission of the written request addressed to the District Health Officer and non-refundable fee mentioned in each tender enquiry after publication of this advertisement from the following officers:- Additional Secretary (M&I) Health Department Block 24, Sindh Secretariat No. 4-B, Court Road, Karachi. Phone No.: 0243-9280151-2 All bids must be accompanied by earnest money as per terms and conditions in shape of pay order / call deposit in favour of District Health Officer Khairpur. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before the date mentioned against each at 1230 hrs. The bids will be opened publicly in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend the same day at 1300 hrs.
The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject whole tender or any bid subject to the relevant provision of SPPRA Rules 2010.

NB:-The bid security must be deposited @2.5% of the tender. The bids must be in Pak rupee. In case Government announces any public holiday then the tenders will be opened on the next working day. Details of tender enquiries along with specific dates of opening may be seen on notice board. All quotations shall include all Government taxes, if applicable.
