The last date of submission of tender will be 07-02-2014 at 2 PM & tender will be opened on the same day i.e 07-02-2014 at 2.30M. 4. Professional Tax Certificate rnust be attached. 5. Authorization letter from principal. 6. OEM certificate will be provided at the time of delivery. 7. 02 years warranty of whole quoted equipments. 8. One year free maintenance services. 9. The successful bidder will be bound to deposit 5% of total value of tender (re-fundable) 10. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
