NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION (SECOND TIME)

Sealed quotations are hereby invited from reputed engineering consulting firms specialized in designing, survey, architectural planning for the following work. The quotation will be received in sealed cover in the office of the undersigned at Dera Bugti on 17.12.2013 at 12:00 noon in presence of the consultants.
Name of Work Description
Consultancy Services for Construction of Black Top Road from Dera Bugti to Pitokh. Habib Rahi, Wadara Killi Mured. Dera Bugti.
Detailed Survey. Preparation of Drawings of Plan Profile. Cross Sections of Roads in Every 25 Meter. Submission of Quantitative Survey Measurement Sheets. Submission of PC-I with Detailed Engineering Estimates. Submission of Tender Documents.
CONDITIONS: 1. The firm must be registered in Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2013. 2. Complete biodata of the firm along with postal address, telephone number and letter of intent. 3. The Firm should be registered with Income Tax Department. 4. Lists / Details of Work Orders issued in favour of the Firm for the last three years. 5. Successful Firm has to submit the Drawing of Plan & Profile. Cross Sections, Quantity Sheets, PC-I with Detailed Engineering Estimates and Tender Documents of the Project. 6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. 7. Any other information may be obtained from the office of the undersigned at Dera Bugti.
