TENDER NOTICE
1. Tenders are invited by Central Ordinance Depot Karachi for supply of Ordinance/General stores. 2. Tender documents may be obtained during office hours from 0830 to 1430 from Local Purchase Branch, Central Ordinance Depot Karachi with written request on firms letter head alongwth a pay order/demand draft amount to Rs. 1100.00 (non refundable) by the name of com-mandant COD Karachi as tender fee. 3. Last date of submission of tender is 15 Jan 2014 upto 1030 hours. 4. Tenders will be opened in Local Purchase Branch, Central Ordinance Depot Karachi at 1100 hours on same date i.e 15 Jan2014 in the pres-ence of firm's representatives. 5. Tenders should be dropped in the Tender Box placed in Local Pur-chase Branch, Central Ordinance DePot Kara.. 6. Incomplete ambiguous and conditional tenders will not be accepted. 7. Tenders will be opened on next working day if the date of opening is declared a holiday. 8. Commandant Central Ordinance Depot reserve the rights of accept or reject any or all tenders. Store(s) will be delivered as per delivery period mentioned in Purchase Order(s) issued to successful bidder(s).
