TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders for the works as mentioned below are invited from the interested Contractors / Firms under SPPRA Rules-2010.

Ducts for HVAC System and Allied Works at quoted amount 2000/- Cadet College, Sanghar. 2. Supply & Installation of 12.71 (M) 2% of Rs. A.C. Package Units (5 Nos.) including quoted amount 2000/- Allied Electrical Works at Cadet College, Sanghar.
1. The tenders shall be issued from the office of the Principal, Cadet College, Sang har, at Jam Nawaz Ali, Via Tando Adam, Distt. Sanghar, Phone: 0235-548001-4. Fax: 0235-548009 on production of Pay Order / Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 2,000/- for each tender in favour of Cadet College, Sanghar, during working hours from 20-12-2013 to 31-12-2013. No tender will be sold on the opening date of tender. 2. Same shall be received back on 15-01-2014 upto 12:30 P.M. and will be opened on the same day at 1:30 P.M. in the presence of interested contractors or their authorized representatives. In case of any unusual circumstances, tenders will be opened on the next working day. 3. The venue of opening of tender is the Office of Consultant. M/s Engineering & Professional Services (Pvt.) Limited. 79-F, Block-2, PECHS, Karachi. 021-34387250. 4. To participate in tendering, details for eligibility are as under: i. Registered Manufacturer / Supplier / Contractor from relevant Government Organization / Authority. ii. Documentary evidence of works executed / works in progress and certificate of satisfactory completion of works by the employers. iii. List of works in progress including cost of each work and copy of letter of award of works. iv. List of machinery and equipment available with documentary evidence of its ownership. v. Bank Certificate showing credit worthiness along with Bank Statement. 5. Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN Certificate) and copy of CNIC. 6. Undertaking on Affidavit that the Firm is not involved in any litigation. 7 The bidder should submit Earnest Money as shown against each work in shape of Call Deposit prepared from any scheduled bank in favour of the Principal, Cadet College, Sanghar. 8. Affidavit to the effect that the Firm / Contactor has not been blacklisted previously by any agency. 9. Affidavit to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true / correct. 10. In case of Firm Corporate details with certificates be provided and nomination in favour of person(s) to represent before Cadet College, Sanghar. 11.
